Install Gnome Tweak Tool & Latest Unity Tweak Tool for Ubuntu:

I)- GNOME Tweak Tool :

GNOME Tweak Tool allows the adjustment of several advanced GNOME options that can't be configured in gnome-control-center. This includes things like:

• fonts used in user interface elements and titlebar
• font hinting and aliasing
• alternative user interface themes
• changes in window management behaviour
• behaviour on laptop lid close
• file manager desktop icons
• icons in menus and buttons

Unity Tweak Tool is a settings manager for the Unity desktop. It provides users with a fast, simple and easy-to-use interface with which to access many useful and little known features and settings of the desktop environment that one may want to configure.
