How to use your Android phone as webcam (Ubuntu & Win)

How to use your Android phone as webcam (Ubuntu & Win):

DroidCam is an Android App developed by the US Geological Survey which provides the ability to turn an Android OS based device (e.g. phone, tablet, sbc) into an intervalometer for collecting time-lapse images. Image capture can be triggered using time based scheduling or in response to data thresholds monitored by the app (e.g. temperature, location, windspeed, etc) Data collection can be performed over either an IOIO connection or Bluetooth link via the new ADK. Remote synchronization upload of images and data  can be scheduled and performed via SCP.
